Oregon Program Getting National Attention in President Obama's Jobs Bill

WASHINGTON -- Somewhere among the country's 14 million unemployed workers are entrepreneurs waiting to be unleashed.

At least that's what the President Barack Obama believes, and it's the reason he included a small provision in his $447 billion jobs bill that aims to capitalize on a successful program in Oregon that has been championed by Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore. and others.
